Before you reach out
Is this confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between you and your mentor. We don't tell your family, your community, or anyone else. The only exceptions are the legal ones any service must follow, like if someone is in immediate danger.
Is this therapy? Are your mentors therapists?
No. Imaan Care is faith-based mentoring, not clinical therapy. Our mentors are trained volunteers and imams, not licensed therapists or medical professionals. If you need clinical care, we'll help point you toward the right person.
Is this actually free?
Yes, completely free for Muslim youth ages 18–25 across Canada. We rely on donations to keep it that way.
What actually happens when I book?
You pick a time, share a little about what's on your mind, and we match you with a mentor. No forms to fill out, nothing to prepare. Your mentor will guide the conversation from there.

Imaan Care is a free, faith based mentoring service for Muslim youth across Canada, built for those working through doubts about Islam and the everyday struggles that test their imaan.
Closing the gap that so many young Muslims fall into
Some young Muslims are quietly losing certainty in their faith, with no one equipped to answer the sharp questions raised by missionaries, atheists, or other faiths. Others are caught in habits, like addiction, disconnection from prayer, or family conflict, with nowhere private to talk about it.
Imaan Care exists to close that gap: free, confidential, one on one mentoring, delivered by mentors trained for exactly what you are facing.
"For indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease."— Quran 94:5-6
Our goal is simple: to make Islamic mentoring accessible to every Muslim youth who needs it, wherever they are, completely free.
What guides everything we do
Confidentiality, compassion, and sincerity guide everything we do. What you share stays private. Every conversation happens without judgment. And when you need more help than we can offer, we'll tell you honestly.
What we offer
Free, one on one online sessions with a mentor trained specifically for what you are facing.
